Well, I’m doing rotten.. I did the ’see food’ diet last weekend and gained 2 pounds. Ugh!

——–

Welcome to the First Edition of the Weight Loss Meme. This is a group of women (but men are welcome, too) who have decided to get together and help support each other while losing that weight we’ve been meaning to get off for years. Sometimes you just need a hand to hold or someone to hold you accountable.

Here is the deal, each week when you weigh in you can send in your results to the moderator of the Meme (Leigh) and she will create a post once per week with everyone’s results. She will then e-mail the post to everyone who has signed up so they can post it as well. This way we all get support (not to mention added traffic). If you wish to join please leave a comment!

So, without further ado, here is this weeks results!

Chris - 2.0 gain
Tammy - 0 (just started this week! Welcome aboard)
Life With Hashi-Thyroid Blog - 2.0 gain
Grace - 0.8 loss
Leigh - 1.0 loss
Clara - 0 (no change from last weigh in)

I thought I was so fat… I had my shorts up to cover my stomach. What stomach?

Me
At my old house in West Jordan, Utah. Again I thought I was fat. HA!

Me
Yup, dang skinny, huh?

Me and my Truck
Me and my 1990 Toyota Pickup. I miss that truck. I traded it for my outback about four years ago. Had that truck for 14 years.

Me and my new Hairdo! Me and my new outfit

Monday I got my hair cut… bummer I don’t have a before picture. :) It was much longer and not so bright blond. My niece (my husband’s niece, still weird calling her my niece) does an excellent job with hair! I love it! I also went to Kirkams for some clothes shopping, this is my new outfit! I really like it, and nice bright colors for spring!

These are the pants I was talking about in my prior post.

What D&D Character I Am

I Am A: Neutral Good Human Druid (6th Level)

Ability Scores:
Strength-13
Dexterity-15
Constitution-14
Intelligence-12
Wisdom-14
Charisma-13

Alignment:
Neutral Good A neutral good character does the best that a good person can do. He is devoted to helping others. He works with kings and magistrates but does not feel beholden to them. Neutral good is the best alignment you can be because it means doing what is good without bias for or against order. However, neutral good can be a dangerous alignment because because it advances mediocrity by limiting the actions of the truly capable.

Race:
Humans are the most adaptable of the common races. Short generations and a penchant for migration and conquest have made them physically diverse as well. Humans are often unorthodox in their dress, sporting unusual hairstyles, fanciful clothes, tattoos, and the like.

Class:
Druids gain power not by ruling nature but by being at one with it. They hate the unnatural, including aberrations or undead, and destroy them where possible. Druids receive divine spells from nature, not the gods, and can gain an array of powers as they gain experience, including the ability to take the shapes of animals. The weapons and armor of a druid are restricted by their traditional oaths, not simply training. A druid’s Wisdom score should be high, as this determines the maximum spell level that they can cast.

Keys to Your Heart

The Keys to Your Heart

You are attracted to those who are unbridled, untrammeled, and free.

In love, you feel the most alive when everything is uncertain, one moment heaven… the next moment hell.

You’d like to your lover to think you are loyal and faithful… that you’ll never change.

You would be forced to break up with someone who was ruthless, cold-blooded, and sarcastic.

Your ideal relationship is open. Both of you can talk about everything… no secrets.

Your risk of cheating is 100%. You are not suited for a monogamous relationship.

You think of marriage something you’ve always wanted… though you haven’t really thought about it.

In this moment, you think of love as something you don’t need. You just feel like flirting around and playing right now.

Hrm.. let me see about this stuff. :)
I am attracted to those who are as stated above.. however, these people usually are not what I really like in a long term relationship and have a hard time living with them.

In love, no, that is wrong. Now that I have a stable good relationship, I know that I like security and certainty. I HATE uncertainty in relationships now.

Of course I want to be loyal and faithful to my partner, and I want him to think so.

Wouldn’t anyone break up with a person like that?

My relationship with my husband is very open, we do talk about everything, sexuality included. :)

Risk of cheating is 0%. I will not go into details why, but that percentage was over 0% in my past. :)

I am married.. and I don’t really think about it now, it just is, and it is good.

The last point is actually pretty true. Because for the first time in my life I’m doing what I love, and I’m realizing that having a partner is not necessary for personal fulfillment. Though I am happy to be married, too. :)
