Okay, so, I guess I should make this About Me page a little different than the Tip Tail About Me Page. Hrm.. what can I say about myself?
Well yes, I was born in Chicago, and moved to Salt Lake City, Utah, when I was 7. My Dad loved to ski and he taught my sister and myself to ski. There are just the two girls in the family, and my Mom and Dad, and my nephew. Both Mom and Dad are alive and healthy and doing well. My birthday is May 26, 1967. 1967 was a great year to be born. And May is a fun month. I love May, it’s my favorite month. I love the spring, the fall, and the summer. I also love the dark of winter, though the cold I can do without.
Someday my husband and I want to move to a rural area with some property and play with the dogs and cats all day long. Maybe southern Oregon or Washington State, or even Richfield, Utah. But we’ll see how that goes. We have six dogs and two cats. I love them all. My dogs are my passion and you can read more about them at my other blog, Tip Tail - From Agility to Zen. I do obedience, agility, and some flyball with them. I have four smooth (short-haired) collies and two border collies (both border collies may be mixes), and two cats. Four of the dogs and both cats were rescues. I have fostered dogs for over 10 years, though currently we are taking a break because we keep failing, lately, and falling in love with the dogs and keeping them, thus we have six.
This blog was created May 2007. I was writing a lot about my social anxiety and general anxiety on Tip Tail, and thought it was bogging down my dog blog, so I created this new blog for more personal things and not so much dog related.
I have two tattoos, and I would like more. One is on my left ankle and is of an orange sun. The other is on my left outer thigh and is a profile of my dog Levi… a smooth collie, with his name in it. He is my soul mate dog.
My ears are pierced, two on the left, one on the right, and my navel was pierced November 2007. I also love to knit, and if I wasn’t so addicted to blogging lately, I’d get back to knitting!
I also have one husband, though sometimes another to do home upgrades, and one to make more money, would come in handy! He is an amazing man, we were married in March of 2003. We both have social anxiety so can understand each other.
And to repeat myself just a bit from Tip Tail… “Here in Utah I am considered a ‘Flaming Liberal’. Which is definitely the minority around here. I believe in gay rights/marriage, I’m pro-choice, bisexual (married to a man), vegetarian, and definitely democrat. :)”

We really look forward to hearing from you and your readers. We have been working on a dialogue about Klonapin that we believe will be very helpful to many people who have suffered through the maze of anti-depressant drugs.
